The proposal of OMGEVING for the redevelopment of Gemeenteplein, Magdalenastraat and Sint-Jansplein was selected as the winner after a presentation for the population of Kontich. The ambition is to re-establish the center as a continuous, green leisure area, creating a cozy center and supporting local retail. In the coming months, a participatory process will further guide the finalization of the plans.
