The team ION/PMV wins the competition for the redevelopment of the Panquin site in Tervuren. With this plan, a new life is blown into a unique, historic site on the outskirts of Brussels. The winning scheme includes housing, shops and a hotel carefully integrated in the existing monuments and landscape.
For this project ION/PMV calls on C + S, A33, D E Architecten, OMGEVING and Koplamp architects. OMGEVING is responsible for the overal landscape design, the realization of historic and new public spaces and the ecological connection from the river Voer to the Robianovijvers and the castle pond of Tervuren.
