Commissioned by the Environment Department of the Flemish government, OMGEVING, together with GSJ Advocaten, University of Antwerp and Cevi nv, worked on a study regarding the licensing policy in Flanders. At the end of August 2018 the study, consisting of four sub-reports, was published. The sub-report of OMGEVING (lot 4) examines to what extent the current licensing policy is counterproductive with respect to the vision of the Witboek BRV.
