With a spectacular light show and a four-day party, the renewed central square of Vilvoorde has been festively opened. The Grote Markt now functions as a car-free event square with a large canopy, long sitting steps and several playful fountains.
The Grote Markt was designed by OMGEVING, supported by partners D + A Consult, Util and Atelier Roland Jéol.
